I met Carolina Mailander and then Monica and the whole of the Mailander agency towards the end of 1997, when I headed the glorious Financial and Markets team at the newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. During my 15 years in the extravagant world of tourism it has been rare for me to feel that I am dealing with people who understand real specific marketing needs.
