The Scenario<\/h2>\n

A hot topic on the national media for approximately one month: the closing that led to the sale of AC Milan, owned by Silvio Berlusconi, to the Chinese entrepreneur Yonghong Li. The operation was subordinated to the loan of over \u20ac 300 million from the Elliott fund to the Chinese entrepreneur, aimed on one side to finance the purchase of AC Milan and on the other side for the current needs of the football club.<\/p>\n

The Challenge<\/h2>\n

Enhance the role of the Elliott fund, assisted and represented in Italy by the law firm Craca Di Carlo Guffanti Pisapia Tatozzi (5 Lex), during a moment of great media attention directed above all to the buyer and the seller. In a context with several other actors, the work was based on reaching the best exposure on media for the fund and the advisor, with a targeted strategy on major national titles.<\/p>\n
