Supporting the EFSA<\/strong> – European Food Safety Authority – #EUChooseSafeFood<\/strong> campaign is a commitment to science and society: towards science, because the campaign tells the work of the risk assessor, an often unknown but essential action to guarantee food safety; towards society, because the consumer has the right to know that only controlled foods arrive on our tables every day. Food safety is a European common good: #EUChooseSafeFood’s commitment is to spread EFSA’s message and activity thanks to the active collaboration of the Member States, which territorially support the Authority and realize its intentions. An effective and concrete way to enter society and protect its health, a role played for Italy by the Ministry of Health.<\/span><\/p>\n
